MyIQ Misled Me With Low Fee Then Charged $45

January 8 12:49 PM23

On January 7, 2026, at 7:10:26 PM, a charge of approximately $45 was made to my Akbank credit card ending in 6609 by MyIQ.com (Cerebrum IQ / WRLD) without my knowledge or consent.

I was directed to this platform to receive my IQ test results. The site created the impression that I was paying only a small fee to access the results, collected my card information, and then charged a high subscription fee without displaying any clear approval screen, notification SMS, or explicit subscription warning. I consider this transaction to be a misleading subscription practice and deceptive toward consumers.

I am requesting an immediate full refund of the $45 charged to my credit card, as well as the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been created under my name. Additionally, I request that any of my card information stored in your system in connection with this transaction be permanently deleted.
