The adjustable attachment on my Dyson Gen5detect Absolute, which allows the vacuum to reach under furniture, suddenly broke during regular use. Now, the vacuum can no longer be used in a flat position, which severely limits its functionality.
The joint mechanism that makes the head flexible is now stuck in a broken, loose position and doesn’t lock or stabilize as it should. I even recorded a video showing the issue and shared it with Dyson, yet I’m still waiting for a proper solution.
This is not what I expected from such a high-end product. Dyson, please repair or replace this faulty part immediately. A vacuum at this price point should not fail under normal use, and I shouldn't be forced to compromise on basic functionality.
