My 2025 Skoda Kamiq Has Repeated Transmission and Oil Consumption Problems

I purchased my 2025 model Skoda Kamiq 1.0 TSI vehicle brand new from Kahramanmaraş Elis Automotive in August 2025. Shortly after purchasing the car, while it had only around 1,300 kilometers on it, I received an “Emergency Transmission Mode” warning. Because of this issue, I took the vehicle to Gaziantep Döşman Automotive authorized service and left it there for repair. The car remained in service for approximately 10 days, and the transmission mechatronic unit was replaced. However, despite this repair, the vehicle still continues to display the same “Emergency Transmission Mode” error, and when I shift the vehicle into reverse, the car does not respond properly to the accelerator. When I reported this to the service department, they attempted to normalize the problem by telling me that such behavior “could happen.”
Then, in March 2026, while the vehicle had only reached 12,000 kilometers, I received a low oil warning. When I checked the dipstick, I saw that there was virtually no oil visible at all, and the engine was dangerously close to running without oil and potentially locking up completely. The service department defended the situation by claiming that losing approximately 0.5 liters of oil every 5,000 kilometers could be considered normal. However, according to their own calculations, the vehicle should have lost approximately 1.2 liters of oil, yet I personally had to add approximately 2.6 liters. In addition to these serious issues, the multimedia screen also suffers from a disturbing vibration problem, and I have video recordings documenting this defect as well.
Most recently, I left the vehicle again at Gaziantep Döşman Automotive service on April 24, 2026, and received it back on April 27, 2026. This time, I was told that the transmission problem was supposedly caused by “bad fuel.” I find it completely unprofessional and unacceptable that they are trying to connect a transmission malfunction to fuel quality and shift responsibility away from themselves. If the issue were truly related to fuel quality, I would expect the engine to experience problems first, yet despite this, they continue insisting on blaming external factors instead of addressing the actual defect.
I paid approximately $55,000 for this vehicle as a brand-new car, yet I now drive around carrying extra engine oil in the trunk because I constantly worry that the oil level could suddenly drop again. Experiencing transmission failures, excessive oil consumption, and multimedia vibration issues in such a short period of time on a zero-kilometer vehicle — while also receiving no permanent or satisfactory solution — has completely destroyed my trust in Skoda, Doğuş Automotive, and Gaziantep Döşman Automotive service.
For all of these reasons, I demand that the chronic defects affecting my vehicle be officially acknowledged and that my request for a full vehicle replacement be accepted. Otherwise, I clearly state that beginning tomorrow morning, I will pursue all available legal actions and continue this process until the very end.
