I Lost Access to My Garena Free Fire Account Because the Hacker Changed Everything

I am writing regarding my Garena Free Fire account, which was hacked around 2024.

My Free Fire account was originally linked to my Facebook account. After the hack occurred, the person who took control of my account changed the Facebook password along with the connected phone number and email address. Because of these changes, I completely lost access to my Facebook account and, as a result, also lost access to my Garena Free Fire account.

My Free Fire UID is 491539391.

Since the day this incident happened, I have been unable to log back into the account or secure it again. At that time, I did not submit a complaint to Facebook because the only information shown to me was that the password had been changed, and I had no remaining access or recovery option available.

Losing this account has been extremely upsetting because I invested a significant amount of time, effort, and progress into it over a long period.

I kindly request that Garena investigate my hacked Free Fire account and assist me in recovering it, or provide any possible method that would allow me to regain access and ownership. I am fully prepared to provide any account history, personal information, screenshots, purchase records, or other proof necessary to verify that I am the original owner of this Free Fire account.
