I regret purchasing the Dyson Gen5 Detect Absolute! For a brand with such a strong reputation, this experience has been beyond disappointing. I haven’t even had it for a month, and the attachment is already broken. The wheel on the brush head snapped, making it completely unusable.

I contacted customer service, and for over two months, I have been waiting for a replacement. Every time I call, I get the same response: “out of stock.” If Dyson cannot provide proper support for its products, what is the point of paying such a premium price?

A high-end vacuum should come with reliable customer service, yet Dyson refuses to stand behind its product. I demand an immediate resolution—either send me the correct replacement now or issue a refund. If you're considering buying a Dyson, think twice! You may end up paying a fortune for a vacuum you can’t even use!
