Huawei Health App Reset Password

I am using a Huawei GT 5 together with the Huawei Health app, and I am currently unable to reset the watch in order to pair it with my new mobile phone. I have forgotten the password on the watch, so I cannot unlock it, and every attempt to reset it has failed. Because of this, I cannot complete the pairing process with my new phone, and I am unable to use the device properly. This problem started yesterday, when I tried to connect the watch to my new phone and realized I no longer remembered the password. I have not been able to reach or visit Huawei customer service or a service center about this issue, so I have not received any guidance or solution yet. In this situation, I expect Huawei to provide an easy and clear way to reset the watch as long as I enter the correct and necessary information to verify my ownership, so that I can unlock the device and pair it with my new mobile phone without further problems.
