Dyson Gen5Detect Absolute Carpet Head Malfunction – Waiting Over a Month for Replacement

I purchased a Dyson Gen5Detect Absolute (Prussian Blue/Copper) vacuum, and the carpet head attachment broke. I contacted Dyson support and filed a service request, and they assured me that they would send a new carpet head. However, they mentioned that the part was out of stock, so I needed to wait. Initially, they only sent the brush component, which did not resolve my issue. Dyson then promised to send the complete carpet head attachment and created a new service request for this. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for the replacement part for my vacuum. I am requesting a prompt resolution to my problem, as this delay is causing significant inconvenience.

I have been waiting for a vacuum cleaner head for about 2 months, and there has still been no progress.
