Hello, I’m currently using the Dyson V11 Extra, and for the past month, I’ve been experiencing a very frustrating issue. The vacuum frequently shuts itself off during use, especially when it's in Auto mode. Even in Eco mode, it turns off, though a bit less often. I regularly clean the vacuum, including filters and dust bin, and there are absolutely no warning indicators or error lights showing on the device.
I invested in this vacuum expecting reliability and durability, yet I can’t even get through a basic cleaning session without it powering down on its own. This completely interrupts my routine and makes it impossible to vacuum efficiently. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive device to behave this way after only moderate use.
I’m requesting immediate technical assistance or a solution. Please let me know what steps I should take, or whether this issue qualifies for a repair or replacement. I expected better performance from Dyson, and I hope the company takes ownership of this problem.
