I bought the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Absolute 2 vacuum less than 8 months ago, and I’m already dealing with what appears to be a chronic defect. The vacuum broke far too quickly for a product in this price range, and I’ve since learned that this issue is not unique to me—many users have reported similar problems.
What’s even more frustrating is that I cannot get through to Dyson customer service. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but no one responds. All I want is a replacement part so I can use the vacuum again, yet there’s no clear path to getting support or ordering what I need.
When I purchased this vacuum, I was assured that the warranty would cover any issues. But now, when something actually goes wrong within just 8 months, Dyson is nowhere to be found. I expected much better from a brand that promotes itself as premium.
Dyson, I’m extremely disappointed. I urgently request that the broken part be provided under warranty and that proper customer support be given. You need to stand behind your products and deliver the level of service your customers deserve.
