I reported the issue to Dyson customer service five months ago, and they assured me the replacement part would be sent. Despite multiple follow-ups, I keep getting the same response: "We will call you." However, no action has been taken.
To make matters worse, the vacuum has recently started producing a whistling noise during operation, further impacting its performance. After investing in a premium product, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
