My Dyson Big Ball Animal Pro 2 Bin Broke and I’ve Waited a Month for a Replacement

I own a Dyson Big Ball Animal Pro 2, and the dust bin detached and became unusable. I contacted Dyson customer service, and they informed me that I would need a replacement part and suggested I monitor the stock through their website.

It’s now been over a month, and I still can’t use the product. Every time I speak with customer service, I receive inconsistent responses and different instructions, none of which solve the issue. The vacuum remains out of service while I’m stuck waiting for a part that should be easily available.

Dyson promotes its products with premium pricing and flashy marketing, but fails when it comes to basic after-sales support and spare part logistics. If you can’t supply essential parts, you shouldn’t market the product as long-lasting or high-quality.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability. Dyson, I expect a proper resolution and immediate shipment of the replacement part. Customer satisfaction clearly isn’t your priority—but it should be.
