I bought a Dyson V8 vacuum expecting high-quality customer service, but I’ve been left deeply disappointed. About two months ago, the vacuum head broke, and I reported it to Dyson. They told me to call back and request the part once it was back in stock. However, despite multiple follow-up calls, the part has never been restocked, and I can’t even get through to customer service anymore — my calls keep dropping.
