Dyson V15 Submarine Stops Repeatedly During Use – Requesting Replacement Device

I’ve been using my Dyson V15 Submarine very carefully and keep it clean at all times. I perform regular maintenance every two weeks. I don’t use it constantly, since I also have a robot vacuum and typically alternate between the two. However, during every use, my Dyson vacuum keeps shutting off on its own approximately every three seconds while my finger is still on the start button. This makes cleaning extremely difficult and inefficient.

I’ve been dealing with this issue since September 18, and it’s still ongoing. I even recorded several videos showing the problem and sent them to Dyson customer service. During the first call, I was told that the filter was very clean and that no issue could be detected — even though my video clearly shows the device stopping three separate times. When I called back the next day, I was asked to completely clean the device again and call back afterward. Despite following every single instruction, the issue persists. Because of my work schedule, I can’t always keep the vacuum with me, and it’s hard to reach customer service in the evenings. This whole process has been exhausting and frustrating.

I purchased my device from the Dyson İstinyePark store, and it is still under warranty. The serial number is 3BR-EU-TDE9188A. The problem happens every single time I use it, and the biggest loss for me has been my time. I expect Dyson to permanently fix this issue, and if that’s not possible, I am requesting a replacement device under warranty.
