“Dyson customer service called and a new body was ordered even though my warranty period had expired, thank you very much.”

For about a month, I have been experiencing a very frustrating issue with my Dyson V15 vacuum. Every time I turn the device on, it shuts itself off 4–5 times in a row before it finally starts working normally. This repeats every single time I try to use the vacuum, turning what should be a simple task into a real struggle.

I believe this problem may be a chronic issue with Dyson V15 models, and unfortunately, my product is now out of warranty. Even so, I want to emphasize that I did not expect this level of performance from a product in this price range and category.

I kindly request that Dyson investigate this malfunction and repair my vacuum in a way that resolves my inconvenience, even though the warranty has expired. I also ask that the root cause of the issue be examined and that a lasting solution be provided, along with full support throughout the process.
