Hello, I’ve owned a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner for just about one year, and it has already started malfunctioning. Specifically, when I press the trigger to start cleaning, it shuts off after five seconds. If I press it again, it restarts—but only for another few seconds before stopping again. This isn’t normal behavior for a premium vacuum that’s barely a year old.

I purchased this product expecting reliability and superior performance, especially at this price point. Instead, I’m stuck with a vacuum that interrupts cleaning every few seconds, making it practically unusable. This issue clearly falls under warranty coverage, and I’m reaching out for immediate support.

Dyson, I request a full replacement of the device—not a temporary fix or workaround. I should not be facing such issues this early into the product’s life. Please contact me as soon as possible and let me know what steps need to be taken to process this request.

Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team.
