Dyson V15 Vacuum Shuts Down After 3 Seconds And No Service Support
On January 7, 2024, I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner. Even though the filter is clean and I have been using it according to the instructions, the device shuts off about 3 seconds after being turned on. I even recorded a video of the issue and shared it live with Dyson customer service through WhatsApp.
The product is still under warranty, and this problem has been ongoing for about two weeks. Despite contacting customer service multiple times by phone and WhatsApp, no solution has been provided. I was told a courier company would be arranged to collect the product, but each time the courier canceled the request, claiming there was an “address issue,” even though my address is correct.
This situation has left me stuck between Dyson, the courier, and the service process, without any resolution. I do not want a repair—I am requesting a full product replacement.
I live in Başakşehir, Bahçeşehir (Istanbul), and throughout this entire process I have not received any proper support or follow-up. I expect Dyson to resolve this matter urgently and replace my faulty product without further delay.
