Dyson V8 Still Shutting Off on Its Own Despite Service Check

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Dyson V8 vacuum where the device shuts off on its own during use, even while my finger is on the trigger. This problem has been ongoing for about three months. I purchased the vacuum last June, and it still has approximately 8–9 months left on its warranty. I tried to manage without sending it in for a while so I wouldn’t be left without a vacuum, but since the issue didn’t improve, I sent the device to service about a week ago and had to temporarily obtain another vacuum in the meantime.

After the service inspection, I was told that no power-cutting issue was detected, that general maintenance and checks were performed, and that the device passed Dyson’s performance tests successfully. I was also advised to review the videos and guides on the MyDyson app. However, the same problem continues, and because the vacuum stops on its own during regular use, I no longer trust the product.

Since the vacuum is still under warranty and I genuinely believe it is defective, I request that my issue be resolved by treating the device as a faulty product—either by replacing it or issuing a refund.
