Dyson V15 Loses Suction Power and Shows Filter Error, Warranty Support is Unhelpful

I own a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, and there are only 3 months left on its 2-year warranty. For the past two months, the suction power has significantly dropped, and the filter cleaning warning keeps appearing even after I thoroughly clean and dry the filter for 2-3 days before reinstalling it.

I’ve called customer service at least 5-6 times, but their solution requires showing the error message during a video call. The issue is that the warning disappears before I can connect with them. On one occasion when I managed to show it, I was told to remove and reinstall the battery, which didn’t fix the problem.

Dyson refuses to address the malfunction without seeing the error in real-time, which is unreasonable. I expect Dyson to provide a real solution without these unnecessary obstacles. If the issue isn’t resolved soon, I will escalate my complaint to the relevant authorities.
