We have been dealing with the never-ending chronic problem of our Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner since we purchased it. We have never been able to use it comfortably without any issues. You boast about the product while selling and advertising it, but when a problem arises, you are nowhere to be found.
The machine randomly loses power - they told us it was a trigger error and repaired it without consulting us - 3-4 months have passed, and now it is shutting off even more frequently.
We are conscious users who maintain the filters and perform regular cleaning, yet the machine keeps stopping constantly.
Today, my wife called e*** customer service, showed them the problem via video, and they requested it again, but this time we are demanding a replacement, not a repair. And if any action is to be taken, please call us and inform us before proceeding.
The machine is brand new, and we are still paying installments. Either you provide a replacement with a brand new product, or we will take legal action and share this experience everywhere. I will even go to the Mall of Istanbul store and throw the product at your stand.
