Dyson V10 Vacuum Cleaner Persistent Filter Cleaning Error Fixing Demand

I have been using the Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner for about a year, and since the first few months, it has continuously displayed a filter cleaning error. Despite thoroughly cleaning the product, I still encounter this error after just two or three uses. I recorded a video of the issue, but when I contacted customer service, they insisted I needed to conduct a video call instead.
Today, when I called again and explained the problem via video, the representative asked me when I last washed the filter without even looking at the issue. I told them it had been less than a month, and we have barely used it three times. They insisted that I wash it again and call back. Their approach is not solution-oriented at all.
We chose Dyson because they are known for their excellent service in such matters, but the brand has disappointed us. I hope you will take action to resolve this situation.
