Missing SHEIN Package in New York — Refund Requested
I placed an order on SHEIN on February 10 for a hat with an approximate value of 6 dollars. The order number is GSU15J32000N503. The order was scheduled to be delivered on February 20 to my address in New York, but I have still not received the package. Despite the promised delivery date having passed, the item has not arrived, although I have been charged for this purchase. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through any other channel. I request that my missing order be investigated urgently and that either the hat be delivered to me as soon as possible or that a full refund be issued to my original payment method.
