I purchased the Dyson V10 Absolute vacuum cleaner in 2022 and have been experiencing a persistent trigger issue since day one. The machine suddenly stops working as the trigger fails to engage properly, causing the motor to stop. Despite this recurring problem, I continued using it as I don’t have a backup vacuum cleaner, but it has been nothing but frustration.
While under warranty, the vacuum was sent to service three times. The service center tried everything, as indicated in the reports, including replacing the entire trigger unit, but the problem persists. Now, with the warranty expired, I’ve been asked to pay for repairs for a defect the service team could never resolve. What’s worse, I’m told the only solution is to send it back to the same service center that has already failed to fix it multiple times.
This is unacceptable for a product from Dyson. I demand that you acknowledge this as a manufacturing defect, take full responsibility, and provide either a permanent fix or a replacement at no additional cost. This defective product has caused endless inconvenience, and Dyson needs to stand by its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
You can contact me via the email address f*********@yahoo.com. I also shared videos and detailed information with Dyson support via video calls and email, but the response was always the same ineffective suggestion. Please resolve this immediately.
