Recently, I purchased a 60‑minute Coomeet Premium package by mistake due to a misclick. I did not intend to buy this paid package and noticed the error only after the purchase was completed. Since this was an unintended transaction, I kindly request that the 60‑minute premium purchase be cancelled and the amount paid be fully refunded to my original payment method. I have not contacted your support before about this issue and am reaching out now to resolve it as quickly as possible. I would appreciate your assistance in cancelling this mistaken purchase and processing my refund.
