Hello, I'm writing to express my deep frustration with the Dyson V10, which clearly has a manufacturing defect. From the beginning, the trigger has behaved inconsistently—it sometimes doesn’t respond at all, making regular cleaning incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the device keeps showing persistent filter warnings, even after proper cleaning and maintenance according to Dyson’s instructions.

Most recently, the carpet cleaning head broke, and that was the final straw. This part is designed to be durable, yet it cracked during normal usage. It’s practically impossible to believe this was a user error. I’ve now seen many other customers reporting the same issues, particularly with the trigger and cleaning head, which further confirms my belief that this is a design flaw.

Dyson, however, continues to blame customers for what is clearly their mistake. They are demanding over ₺3,000 for a replacement part, which is outrageous considering this is likely a production defect. I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board if a fair solution isn’t provided. For such a premium-priced vacuum, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expected quality and accountability, and so far, Dyson has delivered neither. I’m calling on Dyson to take responsibility and replace the faulty parts without cost.
