On February 17, 2023, I purchased a brand-new 2023 Citroën C5 Aircross from Konya Özkaymak. After some time, the vehicle began leaking water from the roof, so I took it to the authorized Citroën service center in Konya. I was told the drainage channels had been cleaned, and the vehicle was returned to me.

However, just two days later, during the first rainfall, the car leaked even more water, and the interior was nearly flooded. When I returned to the service center after the rain, the floor of the vehicle was completely soaked—anyone seeing it would have thought it had suffered flood damage. The service department stated they would examine the vehicle and later informed me that certain parts had been ordered and would be installed once they arrived.

Since the vehicle was leaking water and was not usable, I had to leave it at the service center. My car has been there since December 4, 2025, and for approximately three months I have been told that it is still waiting for parts. The service center claims the parts have not yet arrived, while Citroën headquarters only says they have noted the urgency and forwarded the matter to the service center. Headquarters shifts responsibility to the service center, and the service center shifts it back to headquarters—meanwhile, I am the one suffering as a customer who purchased a brand-new vehicle.

Even though the maximum legal repair period has clearly been exceeded, when I asked about my rights in this situation, I received dismissive and robotic responses such as, “We will forward your urgency to the relevant department,” which makes me feel that I am simply being stalled.

As a result, I am dealing with a brand that has failed to supply the necessary parts for my brand-new Citroën C5 Aircross for three months, and I have been unable to use my vehicle during this entire time. Due to these experiences, my trust in Citroën has been completely shaken. I am requesting that my grievance be resolved and that my vehicle be replaced with a new one so I can once again have the use of a defect-free car.

There has been no progress regarding my request for a change, Citroen gave me indifferent and robotic responses.
