Dyson V10 Vacuum Has Persistent Malfunctions and Unresolved Service Issues

Due to a recurring trigger jam issue, I sent our Dyson V10 vacuum to the service center twice. They replaced the filter and returned it in the first instance, but the problem persisted. We had a video call to demonstrate the issue, and then we sent it back. This time, they claimed no flaws were discovered and sent an email confirming it. The device occasionally abruptly stops and then resumes where it left off. Dyson refuses to accept responsibility for the error and returns the faulty device to us. The item should have been thoroughly repaired. If that is not possible, I demand that a functional unit be replaced. I'm highly unhappy with Dyson's lack of acceptance and failure to resolve the ongoing problems with my V10 vacuum.
