My main Free Fire account (UID 2590771215) was originally linked to my Gmail address (mahak***@gmail.com). That Gmail account was recently hacked and compromised, and as a result, I unfairly lost access to my Free Fire account. The hacker changed the recovery details of the Gmail account, so I can no longer log in or use any of the standard recovery options.
I am submitting this as a formal appeal to recover my account. I am the original owner. My primary device has always been a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (model SM-S908E), which I have consistently used for this account since I created it in March 2022. I also have the official Garena verification code email that was sent to my Gmail on December 12, 2025.
To clarify the timeline: I created the account in March 2022, and my last successful access was in December 2025, shortly before I lost access due to the Gmail hack.
I have already contacted Garena Support and opened Ticket #72839035. Support requested proof of ownership, and I provided my device details, account creation information, and the original Garena verification codes from December 2025. I also submitted additional evidence showing that my Gmail account and Free Fire account were accessed and modified without my authorization.
I respectfully request that my ownership of the Free Fire account with UID 2590771215 be verified based on the documentation I have provided and that my access be restored as soon as possible. I also ask that any unauthorized bindings or changes made by the hacker be removed and that I be allowed to relink the account to a secure email address so I can continue playing safely without further risk.
