4rabet Deposit of ₹5,000 Not Credited After PhonePe Payment

I am writing to raise a serious complaint about a deposit issue with my 4rabet account. On 28 September 2025 at 8:47 pm, I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to 4rabet using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the transaction shows as completed on my side with UTR ID 113510780281. However, the money has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. After noticing that the deposit did not appear, I visited my bank multiple times and spoke with the bank manager. I was clearly informed that this payment has been successfully processed and credited to the receiver’s account, meaning the funds have reached 4rabet’s side. Despite this, 4rabet continues to claim that they did not receive the money. I contacted 4rabet support through both live chat and email. Each time, they told me that they were working on the issue and that my case had been forwarded to the financial department. This same response was repeated many times, but no real solution was provided. Recently, they stopped replying to my messages altogether, which has left me without any update or resolution. I request that this issue be resolved urgently. I want my 5,000 INR to be properly accounted for, either by immediately crediting the full 5,000 INR to my 4rabet account or refunding the 5,000 INR back to my bank/PhonePe account without any further delay. I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and a prompt resolution, as I have fulfilled all my responsibilities as a customer and have confirmation from my bank that the payment reached 4rabet.
