Matchpub Account Review Request After Sudden Ban

I have been using a Matchpub account registered with the email address “jaredsin***@gmail.com” from Trinidad on my iPhone. Since last night, when I try to sign in, I receive a message stating that I am prohibited from using the app, and I am unable to access my account. I have an active paid subscription, and my inability to log in directly affects this subscription, as I cannot use the service I am paying for. I have not yet been able to contact support through the app since I cannot sign in. I kindly request that my account be reviewed as soon as possible and that the prohibition be lifted so I can regain access to my Matchpub account and continue using my active subscription without further interruption.
