Hypic Pro Double Charge - 300 PHP Subscription Not Activated

I am a Hypic user on iPad and iPhone 13 Pro Max and I have been charged twice for a Hypic Pro subscription within a few days, while the app still keeps asking me to purchase Pro and does not unlock the content I already paid for. Through the Apple App Store, I was charged 300 PHP on February 28 and another 300 PHP on March 1 for a monthly Hypic Pro subscription, even though each 300 PHP payment is supposed to cover one month. One of the Apple order IDs for these transactions is MV2Q8507SM. Despite these successful payments, Hypic keeps prompting me to buy Pro again and the Pro features remain locked on my devices. I have already tried reinstalling the application and I have contacted Apple Support, but the problem has not been resolved and I still do not have access to the Pro content I paid for. In this situation, I request a refund of one of the 300 PHP Hypic Pro subscription charges and I also request that my valid Pro subscription be recognized and fully activated on both my iPad and my iPhone 13 Pro Max as soon as possible.
