Dyson V10 Vacuum Trigger Problem

I purchased a Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner from Ankara Panora Mall in March 2023. Unfortunately, within just two months of use, I encountered a recurring issue with the trigger mechanism. I promptly sent the product in for service, and it was replaced with a new unit. However, my frustration grew when the new unit also developed a trigger problem within two months. Once again, I had to send my vacuum cleaner in for repairs. This time, the service center fixed the issue and returned it to me. To my dismay, the trigger problem resurfaced within another two months. When I contacted Dyson service, they suggested sending only the main trigger part for a replacement, which I find unacceptable. I've also expressed my concerns to customer service. I've owned this vacuum cleaner, covered by a 2-year warranty, for 7 months, but it has spent 6 months in your service center. This situation is far from acceptable. Why should I continue to endure repairs and part replacements on a relatively new product? I urgently request a resolution to this ongoing problem. I no longer wish to use the V10 vacuum cleaner. I kindly request either a replacement with the V12 model, which does not have a trigger or a refund equivalent to the current V10 price. I hope we can resolve this matter without resorting to legal action.

I don't think you can help. My expectations were never met. If I had known I would experience such problems, I definitely wouldn't have chosen Dyson. Only the trigger part of my product that went to service was replaced and sent back. I cannot accept this situation; I feel like I have received a defective or damaged product. The reason is clear; the product has been in service since I bought it! I don't know what else to say, the money I spent, the time wasted, being without the product, all this effort was not worth it. I will never buy a product from this brand again. I expected you to replace it with a new product or an upgraded model. Because I am sure the same problem will continue. You have victimized me!
