Dyson Hot+Cool Air Purifier Fails to Meet Expectations, No Return Allowed

I purchased a Dyson Hot+Cool air purifier 8 days ago, but it hasn’t met my expectations. While running, the machine shows the outdoor air quality as “good” and advises opening the window. When I open the window and turn off the purifier, the air in the room clears much faster, and the indicator turns green.

Despite this poor performance, I was informed that returns or exchanges aren’t allowed since I bought it in-store. This is unacceptable for such an expensive product. I expect Dyson to provide support to resolve this issue, whether through a replacement or a refund. Customers should not be stuck with a product that doesn’t work as promised.
