Dyson Hot and Cool Air Purifier Sofware Update

I purchased the Dyson Hot and Cool Air Purifier at the end of November 2023. After 2 weeks, an exclamation mark appeared in the triangle. Customer service said it needed a software update. After a week of trying and calling at least four times, they came and picked it up. When I called customer service at 12:50 on December 18, 2023, they told me that "the boxes were opened in order, and they had the legal right to repair them within 20 business days." I complain about the poor after-sales service of this brand, which I paid a lot of money for, which I have recommended to many of my friends, and which has at least four products in my home. Also, I want my product, which stopped working in such a short time due to such a simple error, to be replaced, not repaired. I have made requests regarding these issues at least five times. But unfortunately, no one got back to me. I still have to call and insist on getting information. I expect a solution worthy of your brand as soon as possible. Respects
