Since purchasing my Dyson Air Purifier Cool, I have only been able to use it without issues for 1–2 months. It constantly malfunctions, displaying various error codes and symbols, and eventually stops working altogether.
I already sent it to Dyson service, but as soon as I got it back, it broke again. I have carefully followed all manual instructions, including the deep clean cycle, but it remains stuck. Even after cleaning the filter, the system still shows it as dirty, and now the filtration cycle stops automatically after 10 seconds.
I am exhausted from dealing with this faulty device—I paid a premium price, and I expect a working product. Dyson, please either provide a proper repair or replace my unit with a fully functional one! This is beyond frustrating!
