I purchased an air purifier from the Dyson store, and one of the air purification filters arrived broken. When I contacted Dyson customer service, I was shocked by their response. They acknowledged the filter was broken but claimed it could still be used as is.

This level of service from a brand like Dyson is deeply disappointing. I expected a replacement or proper resolution, not a suggestion to use a damaged product. For a company that markets itself as high-quality, failing to stand behind their products is unacceptable. I urge Dyson to address this issue promptly by replacing the broken filter and improving their customer service. This experience has left me questioning the brand's commitment to quality.
