Dyson Airwrap Refund Delayed After Service Return

I purchased a Dyson Airwrap directly from the Dyson website, but the product had an issue due to a seller-related defect. I sent it to the service center, and the day after it was received, I was informed that my refund would be processed within 14 days.

It has now been 17 days, and I have not received any updates. When I contacted Dyson, I was told, “Your process is ongoing,” but no concrete steps have been taken. This delay is highly frustrating, especially after being assured of a timely refund.

I demand that my refund be processed immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Dyson, please take accountability for the delay and resolve this issue without further inconvenience.
