Dyson Airwrap Order Delivery Delay and No Resolution

I just bought the Dyson Airwrap from their official website, but it's been two days and they still haven't even made the order, let alone shipped it within 24 hours like they said they would. I called customer service, but they said they couldn't find my order, even though they had already charged my card. They keep telling me to wait and that they'll fix the problem as soon as they can, but so far they haven't done anything. I'm not happy with how this shopping trip has gone, and it's not my fault that they haven't taken care of my order. I want them to fix the problem right away. If the problem isn't fixed, I'll let everyone on social media know how unhappy I am. Thank you.

"My issue was resolved, and my refund was processed. The customer representatives were always very polite. For those who are planning to buy a Dyson and might need to return it, be aware that while returns are possible, they take time. It takes time, but the refund does happen. Thank you."
