On February 9, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 4,000 INR from my Parimatch account via bank transfer to my SBI bank account, at a time when my Parimatch balance was 6,482 INR. The 4,000 INR was debited from my Parimatch balance and shows as received in my SBI bank account; however, I have experienced issues and confusion regarding this transaction and have not received any clear explanation from Parimatch. I contacted Parimatch customer service about this matter, but their support was not helpful and failed to provide any proper clarification or resolution. I am dissatisfied that, despite reaching out for assistance, my concerns regarding this 4,000 INR withdrawal and my remaining account balance have not been adequately addressed. I request that Parimatch conduct a detailed review of this withdrawal and my account balance, clearly explain what occurred with this transaction, and provide a proper written resolution to ensure there is no discrepancy or confusion in my account.
