Parimatch Fails to Credit 20,000 Rs Deposit Made via Paytm
On February 9, 2026, I deposited 20,000 Rs into my Parimatch account through the Parimatch website using Paytm. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm account, and the transaction shows the reference ID 396996620216. However, despite the successful payment, the 20,000 Rs has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. My Parimatch account is registered under the name Vikas Kumar. Since the money has already been deducted from my Paytm account but is not reflected in my Parimatch account, this situation is causing financial stress and preventing me from using the services I paid for. I request that the 20,000 Rs be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or that the issue be urgently investigated and resolved without any further delay.
