BC.Game Freezes Gaming Account for Months With No Response From Support
I have been using a main gaming account on BC.Game from India, and it was suddenly and temporarily blocked approximately eight months ago without any explanation. Since that time, I have been completely unable to log in to or use my account in any way. At the moment my account was blocked, it contained a balance of approximately 20,000, and I have entirely lost access to these funds. I contacted BC.Game customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response or clarification. I request that my main BC.Game account be reopened immediately and that I be granted full access to my existing balance. I also expect a clear and transparent explanation as to why my account was blocked without any prior notice.
