1win Fails to Credit Rs 300 Deposit Made via Google Pay

On February 9 at approximately 10:53 a.m., I added Rs 300 to my 1win account using Google Pay from my Jio Payments Bank account (account number ending in 640638169959). The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it was not credited to my 1win wallet. After some time, the transaction status on 1win was shown as canceled. Since the money was debited from my bank account but never added to my 1win wallet, I am facing a loss of Rs 300 due to this failed transaction. I have not yet received any assistance or clarification from either side regarding this issue. I request that this failed transaction be urgently reviewed and that the Rs 300 be refunded to my Jio Payments Bank account used for this Google Pay payment.
