Defective Dyson Airwrap, and Lack of Resolution

I recently bought a Dyson Airwrap, a highly regarded product. However, to my dismay, it malfunctioned and made a grinding noise when I tried to use it the very next day. I promptly returned the product, expecting a swift resolution. Unfortunately, it has been a frustrating 1.5 months with no end in sight. Despite reaching out to their customer support multiple times, I have received nothing but empty promises and assurances that they will address the issue. Yet, my refund remains elusive. This experience has shattered my confidence in the brand's supposed corporate reliability. It is disheartening to see how little they value customer satisfaction. Their lack of concern for complaints is evident. It is my hope that Dyson rectifies this situation promptly, ensuring that other customers do not suffer a similar fate.
