Corendon Ignoring My Damaged Baggage Claim for 16 Weeks – No Response or Refund

It has been 16 weeks since my checked baggage was damaged on a Corendon flight, and I am still waiting for compensation. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response or resolution. I also reached out to the complaints department, but they claimed that different departments cannot communicate with each other—which makes no sense.

This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Corendon should take responsibility and refund my baggage compensation immediately. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will never use Corendon again and will escalate my complaint through other means. Corendon, fix this now!

Same here. I reported the issue on October 31 and was offered a €40 refund in mid-November, but the payment has not been made yet.
