I had a frustrating experience with Corendon Airlines due to a 6-hour delay that caused me to miss an important meeting. The lack of accountability and the subsequent handling of the compensation process have been deeply disappointing.

Despite submitting all necessary documentation and having my compensation approved, I was told it would take 10-12 weeks to process. However, this timeline has passed, and I am still left waiting with no resolution. The airline’s failure to honor its commitment to passenger rights is unacceptable and erodes trust in their service.

I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and process my compensation without further delay. Corendon Airlines must take responsibility for their passengers’ rights and deliver on their promises.
