During a Corendon Airlines flight from Antalya to Frankfurt last year, my checked baggage was damaged. I followed the procedure exactly as requested—I filled out all the necessary documents without missing a single detail. Eventually, they informed me that I would be compensated €25 for the damage.
However, it’s now been months—since September 2024—and I still haven’t received a single cent. Despite emailing them six times, I haven’t been given a proper explanation or timeline. Every time I try to speak to someone over the phone, I’m told to send an email instead. No one follows up. No one takes responsibility.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. My family and I used to fly with Corendon three times a year, but after this experience, we will never fly with them again. It’s not about the money—it’s about principle and respect for your customers. I demand that Corendon Airlines fulfill their commitment and issue my long-overdue compensation immediately.
