During a recent flight with Corendon Airlines, two of my suitcases were severely damaged—so much so that they’re now completely unusable. I immediately reported the damage to Corendon staff at the airport and submitted a formal claim for compensation.

A few days later, I received an approval for ₺950 in compensation, which I accepted. However, despite this confirmation, it has now been over two months, and not a single kuruş has been transferred to my account. I’ve received no updates or follow-up from the company, and my attempts to get answers have gone ignored.

Corendon, if you damage passengers’ belongings, you must take responsibility and pay what you promised. I’m asking for immediate payment of the approved ₺950 and a proper explanation for this delay.

I am calling customer service, there is no one to speak to and my money has still not been deposited. I will apply to Consumer Rights with the necessary documents.
