Bigpoint Sells Broken Products and Refuses to Replace Them

I want to raise a complaint about Bigpoint for selling low-quality and even broken products. After purchasing, I discovered that the item was damaged, yet when I requested an exchange, they refused to provide any replacement or proper solution.

This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of customer care and damages trust in the brand. People expect to receive products in good condition, and when an item arrives broken, it should be replaced without question. Instead, Bigpoint dismisses its customers and leaves them frustrated.

Because of this experience, I will no longer purchase from them and will choose other bookstores and suppliers. I urge Bigpoint to take responsibility, improve product quality checks, and ensure damaged goods are promptly replaced to avoid further customer loss.
