Bigpoint Charged My Credit Card Without Consent or Services

Without my knowledge or approval, my Ziraat Bank credit card was charged for three separate transactions under the name Bigpoint: $16.13 USD, $1.30 USD, and another $1.30 USD. I did not authorize these purchases, nor did I receive any services in return.

This is a clear case of an unauthorized transaction, and I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I have never agreed to any subscription, nor did I knowingly make any purchases from Bigpoint at the time these charges occurred.

I demand that Bigpoint immediately investigate these unauthorized transactions, provide a full refund of the amounts charged, and ensure that no further charges are made to my credit card without explicit consent.

I request urgent communication from Bigpoint representatives to resolve this matter and restore my trust as a customer.
