Drakensang Online Unauthorized Charges Not Refunded by Bigpoint and Papara

Hello, I am filing a complaint regarding Drakensang Online, a game by Bigpoint. Purchases were made from my account by family members without my permission. When I requested a refund, Bigpoint confirmed the situation and told me to contact my bank for the refund process.
However, despite Papara being fully aware of the details, they have refused to provide any assistance, leaving me stuck with no solution. This lack of cooperation between the company and the payment provider is extremely frustrating and unfair to the customer.
I request that the unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that Papara handle the process properly. Both Bigpoint and Papara must take responsibility to ensure that customers are not left without support in cases of accidental or unauthorized spending.
