Bigpoint Paper Shredder Sent for Repair, Months Passed With No Response
I purchased a Bigpoint paper shredder, and when it broke down, I sent it to the service center for repair. It has now been months, and I have received no updates, no communication, and no resolution from the company.
Every week and every month, I have tried calling to follow up. Yet neither the accounting department, sales team, technical support, managers, nor even the owner have given me any response. The last thing I was told was that the repair technicians had supposedly quit, which I find very hard to believe. Since then, the company has gone completely silent.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I demand that Bigpoint either return my repaired paper shredder immediately or provide a replacement/refund. A customer should not be left waiting for months without any information or support after sending in a product for repair.
I request urgent assistance and accountability from Bigpoint to resolve this matter.
